Our Plumbing Process

What happens during a plumbing visit?

You call, the plumber inspects and explains the cause, you approve a written price, the work is done to code, the system is tested and you get a walkthrough and warranty terms on the invoice.

Good plumbing work starts with honest diagnosis. Here is what happens from the first call to the final walkthrough.

Plumber explaining a repair plan to a homeowner in a North Carolina kitchen
  1. Call or email us
Tell us what is happening. We ask a few questions and give you a price range and arrival window.
  2. We inspect and explain
The plumber finds the cause, shows you the problem and explains your options in plain language.
  3. Written price, then work
You approve a written price before work starts. No surprise add ons.
  4. Fix it right
We repair or replace to code, pull permits where needed and protect your floors and fixtures.
  5. Test and walk through
We test the system, clean up and show you the shutoffs and what to watch for.
  6. Follow up
We check in after the job, and your invoice lists the warranty terms.

What we will never do

  • Start work without a written price you approved.
  • Cut into a wall before we have narrowed down the cause.
  • Push replacement when a repair solves the problem.
